Aftercare Program

This program runs Monday-Friday from 2:45PM-5:00PM.  We are closed for holidays but do offer care during some teacher in-service days and some school vacations on a limited basis (see the calendar for a full list of hours of operation; additional rates and fees apply). 

The cost of this program is $125 per week, and tuition is due weekly to be paid through our Brightwheel app.  We do accept CCFAP, and all families who enroll will need to fill out a tuition contract and leave a deposit.  

Late pickups will be subject to an additional $10 fee per day.  Students who are regularly picked up after 5:00PM may be dismissed from the program.

2:45-3:30 Arrival, check in & Snack Time

3:30-4:00 Outdoor recreation and playtime

4:00-5:00 break into small groups for developmentally appropriate programming including (but not limited to) free play, reading, quiet homework assistance, games, puzzles and other enrichment activities

5:00-Pick up
